For reference please be aware of preferred lead times:
Video: 2 weeks
Announcements: 2 weeks (please note, this is 2 weeks BEFORE you wish the item to be in/on family news/socials). This is because the videos are made a minimum of 6 days in advance (13 if there’s a Bank Holiday or leave), if items are not submitted before this deadline, it will NOT be featured in the Family News video.
Graphic design (e.g. announcement slides, social media or other digital-only product): 2 weeks
Graphic design & outsourced print: 3 weeks
General website update: 1 week notice
Please note, not allowing sufficient turnaround time for your communications MAY result in you not receiving your request on time.
